In 2005 prior Nu Skin and Neways employee, Glen Jensen came up with the vision of making a nutritional supplement that could be taken without water and would be absorbed quickly by the body, in a gel form and consequently the Agel Company was created in Provo, Utah in The United States. Today, Agel operates out of more than 15 countries including Australia, Germany, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Turkey and the United Kingdom. The vital people in charge of managing Agel are Glen Jensen (Founder and CEO), Craig Bradley (President), and Darren Jensen (Chief Operating Officer). Agel's Compensation Plan
After joining Agel there are eight ways to earn your profit:- Retail Sales: This means you buy the Agel products for wholesale prices and then sell them to your customer base for retail prices and in that way you make the money that you have profited.
- First Order Bonus: This bonus depends on your preliminary level of enrollment, there are two levels, Level One is Executive Level and this levels’ bonus is $200, Level Two is the Personal Level and you can make a $35 bonus.
- Executive Bonus: This is another bonus for those who enrolled in the Executive level; a 3% of the whole company's CV (Commissionable Volume) is put in reserve every month then separated up among each team member who has shown substantial progress in Team Volume Commissions for the duration of that month.
- Annual Leadership Retreat: Is an all paid luxury retreat for top performers, and is held once a year.
- Expense Account: You qualify for this perk by acquiring Senior Director Status or higher and it is a monthly payment to help you grow and maintain your organization.
- Luxury Car Bonus: This bonus it yet another reward for the success of those who have reached Senior Director status and higher, and is designed to pay for vehicles or any related costs (but the receiver of this bonus can use the money any way they want to )
- Team Volume Commission: This profit grows the more your organization grows, the more Commissionable Volume you have in your organization (particularly in you lesser leg) the bigger the Team Volume Commission you will receive (noting that it starts at 10% commission).
- Leveraged Matching Bonus: This is paid to you for every person you have trained and sponsored into your organization no matter what level they have achieved.

Many consumer reports state that the Agel products have never had any serious independent studies to test the true value, effectiveness and safeness of their products, for example the Agel FIT product promotes weight loss by using hydro citric acid but the dosage that had been put in that product had only been tested on rats with no official testing on humans to see if the same dosage was effective and safe to use on humans.
