Jafra is a company that sells women and men's skin care and beauty products, fragrances and at home spa treatments. It was founded in 1956 by Jan and Frank Day, the couple come up with the unique name by combining their names together "Ja" in Jan and "Fra" in Frank "JaFra".The main headquarters is positioned in Westlake Village, California in The United States but also operates in several countries around the world such as Mexico, Austria, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Russia, Argentina and Slovenia. The fundamental people in running JAFRA cosmetics are Dr. Friedrich Kroos (President and CEO), Enrique Marco (Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer), and Janice Jackson (Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer).Jafra Products
- Royal Jelly Cellspan Complex: Claims to contain a number of energizing ingredients and a unique blend of blend of antioxidant herbal extracts that makes skin look smoother, more radiant and moisturized.
- INTELLISHIELD: Claims to act as an invisible shield around the skin (a second skin) that moisturizes the skin while protecting it from harmful elements such as pollution.
- Nail Treatment Oil: Is a nourishing oil that promotes nail growth.
- Foaming Cleanser: Is said to be a facial foam that leaves skin clean and shine free and helps prevent blackheads and impurities.
Jafra's Compensation Plan
To qualify as a Jafra manager you must recruit 10 or more consultants and make $2,500 or more in wholesales during the qualifying month and be an active consultant. As a Jafra manager you can receive 10% of all wholesales made by you and your recruited consultants. You can make money as a Jafra manager in several ways such as Holding parties (cosmetic parties so the buyers get the opportunity to try the products before buying them) holding at least 4 parties of $400 or more you can earn $1,600 per month or more. The second way is recruiting new consultants. The third way is promoting which means you need to train three future managers each month.Jafra Website
