History of Reliv
Reliv is a company that focuses on nutritional supplements, weight management and sports nutrition. It was founded by Sandy and Robert Montgomery in 1988. The Reliv headquarters is placed in Chesterfield Missouri, United States but soon branched out into over 12 countries world wide such as Australia, Brunei, Canada, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico and the Netherlands to just name a few. The most crucial people in running Reliv International are Founders Sandy and Robert Montgomery (also Chairman, President, and CEO) , Carl Hastings who is the Vice Chairman and Chief Scientific Officer, and Ryan Montgomery who is the Executive Vice President and Worldwide Sales.Reliv Products
- FibRestore: Claims to be filled with Fiber and claims to boost immune system and protect body from damage.
- GlucAffect: Claims to maintain healthy blood sugar levels and helps weight loss.
- Innergize! : Contains vitamins, amino acids and carbohydrates, and supposedly helps provide energy, promote oxygen absorption and boost the immune system.
- Relìv Delight: A shake packed with vitamins and provides the benefits of milk — plus additional nutrients.
- Arthaffect: Claims to help repair and rebuild joint tissues.
Reliv's Compensation Plan
With Reliv there are five ways income is earned:- Retail Income which is the profit the distributor gets from selling products to customers and that ranges from 20%-40%
- Wholesale Income which is the profit earned from the distributors personal organization (the difference between the original distributors profit level and the new distributors profit level)
- Overrides which are an income earned after one of the distributors appears as a leader and breaks away from the main distributors’ organization, Reliv pays the main distributor for leadership development efforts.
- Cash Bonuses and Trips Reliv offers incentives to its outstanding employee's and increases their income with special bonuses such as cash or paid trips.
- Ambassador Program this program offers the Reliv ambassadors visits around the world to help distributors succeed and receive additional cash bonuses and paid trips.
