Avon has tons of product reviews from consumers all suggesting that they do in fact work the exact way they were advertised and are adequately priced considering their efficiency. But as for the distributor’s reviews and their personal opinions about the compensation plan they claim that it’s not as successful as the Avon company claims it is in terms of money pouring in with barely any work, for example : Avon offers you a 50% payment on your first four orders (to get you started) , but after those four orders you start getting paid 25%, so in other words that means to start off with you had a costumer-base of 16 buyers and that was enough to make $200 but after those four orders you need a costumer-base of about 34 costumers to make the same amount (that’s DOUBLE the work and effort). And that is how they make they’re money and still claim to be helping the average woman by making easy bucks from her own “Home business”. Hence, misleading the average inexperienced sales Representative as to the amount of money they’ll be making and how much work it’ll be.
