Many product reviews from consumers state that the products are of high quality but can sometimes lead to unwanted side effects such as shakiness, nausea and strong urine odor, as well as being relatively over priced with no evidence to show that their products are of better quality than others that claim to do the same. In addition, in 2007, an executive of the Freud Discovery Institute (Berry Minkow) accused USANA of working an illegal pyramid scheme, and an investigation came to the conclusion that no action be taken against the company. After that, USANA filed lawsuits against Barry Minkow and his company for denouncement but was later dropped. Our Verdict
